Most recently, as Director of Global Renewals at Tufin, he led the global retention strategy, resulting in an 11% increase in gross retention and a 5% improvement in multi-year contract conversions. A trusted executive partner, Mike delivers board-level insights and speaks at investor conferences on retention optimization. He is also a dedicated people-first leader who has mentored and promoted six team members into leadership roles. When he isn’t optimizing revenue streams, he enjoys skiing and golfing near his home in Redondo Beach.

With over a decade of experience, she led customer marketing and advocacy at high-growth companies including Cornerstone OnDemand (IPO, later acquired for $5.2B), SurveyMonkey (acquired for $1.5B), and Optro, formerly AuditBoard (acquired for $3B). Jen uses an operator’s mindset to design customer marketing, reference, and advocacy and expansion programs that align GTM teams and influence millions in ARR. She believes authentic customer voice is a company’s strongest growth engine. When she isn’t transforming customer marketing programs, she’s traveling and spending time with her family in Los Angeles.

Beginning her tech career at Rapid7, she founded the S.E.A.L. team, a high-performance unit that reduced escalation rates by 4% in its first quarter and earned the prestigious Vanguard Award. As a key operational leader at Extensiv, she scaled technical support, professional services, and program management teams. She spearheaded strategic initiatives instrumental in securing funding, integrating four acquisitions, and executing a successful unified brand launch. Eva brings an “operator-first” mentality, focusing on building the scalable infrastructure and programs that allow B2B companies to grow with precision. When she isn’t optimizing workflows, you’ll find Eva building LEGO sets or fundraising for Extra Life to support Los Angeles Children’s Hospitals.
